FAQ- Frequently asked questions 

~How long will it take for my design to ship?~

Please allow up to 1 week to process your order(s). You will recieve an email confirmation when it is ready to edit. Please allow up to another 1 week for editing. In the mean time, you may recieve an email from me, Angel, directly asking about any specific edits (depending on what tier you purchased and the detail you are wanting). You will get a final proof before printing or receiving the digital copy. For hard prints, shipping times may vary, you will recieve a tracking number via email. For digital prints, you should recieve your design via email within 24 to 48 hours of your final proof approval. 

~What is your refund/return policy?~

I take absolute pride in every creation I do. Before I send you your print or digital copy, I make sure you are 100% satisfied in your artwork. Therefore, I do not accept returns. If the artwork is damaged because of mishandling by the carrier, I do require an emailed photo of the damaged product to angelbishop@grandaurumcanvasdesigns.com and/or message me on social media within 48 hours of delivery for a re-delivery, digital print, or full refund. Unfortunately, if you do not provide a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, I am unable to issue you any form of compensation. 

~What if I change my mind after the first edit? Can I get my money back?~ 

There are 3 phases 

The processing phase, the editing phase, and final proof and send phase.

If you change your mind BEFORE you receive email confirmation that your design is being edited (the processing phase), you are eligible to be issued a full refund. However, once editing begins and you decide you do not want to follow through (at any time during the editing phase), you are only eligible for a 50% refund for processing and editing costs. After the final proof has been sent, you are no longer eligible for a refund. (Please see "what is your return and refund policy?" for refunds on damaged products). ~Do you have any other products besides canvasses or posters?~

Great question! I don't have any other products at the moment but we are definitely working on it. However, with the purchase of a digital print, you can have your custom design on anything!

~What if I want a different size?~

The sizes listed are the only sizes we have at the moment but are looking to up and down size soon!. With a purchase of a digital print, you can have your custom design on any size, anything! For custom sizes please contact angelbishop@grandaurumcanvasdesigns.com or our social media and we will see what we can do for you. 

~How can I pick the right design for me?~

Let me help you! Every design is different regardless of background or color. I will make sure your photos match whatever you are wanting to go for. Old style or new age. You don't know? That's okay, just give a little background information and I will help it suit your style.
